To reduce the costs associated with printing and mailing multiple cards, a new card will not be mailed to you until just before your current expiration date.

VIP Memberships may be safely and securely purchased with a credit/debit card by phone (770-233-3131) or online at www.InterstatePokerClub.com/shop

Alternatively, you may provide a check to your Tournament Director made payable to Bar Game Promotions. We do not recommend paying Tournament Directors with cash.

Finally, you may purchase a VIP Membership with cash, check, or credit card at our main office in Duluth during regular business hours.

Unfortunately, there will always be players who cannot attend the VIP Tournament, but no rainchecks or refunds will be offered.

The date, time and location of the event will always be announced at least 30 days prior to the event, and players are encouraged to make any necessary adjustments to their schedule as early as possible.

Players who purchase a 3-month VIP Membership may upgrade to an annual membership for a cost of $200, provided they do so before the 3-month membership expires.

If the 3-month membership has already expired, you will have to pay full price if you wish to purchase an annual membership.

Players who upgrade their 3-month VIP Membership will receive a new card with an additional 9 months added to the expiration date.

All VIP Membership sales are final and no refunds will be offered.

You must present your VIP Membership card at every tournament in order to receive the benefits, so you must wait until you receive your card.

If you make your purchase online or by phone, your card should arrive within 5 business days.

If you order your card through one of our Tournament Directors, your card will arrive approximately 5 days after your payment has been turned in to our office, which can take up to 10 days in some cases.

If you wish to receive your ID Card the same day, you will need to purchase your VIP Membership in person at our office in Duluth.

Red VIP Membership cards are being issued as of June 21, 2013, but the only difference is the color.
