Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards, but we may do so in the future. If and when we do decide to sell gift cards, we will post an announcement on our main website at www.InterstatePokerClub.com.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after hours or on weekends or holidays will ship the next available business day. Depending on the shipping option chosen, most orders are should be received in 2-3 days.
Can I pick up my order at my next tournament?
No. All orders will be shipped via USPS to the address of your choosing, or you may elect to pick up your merchandise at our corporate office. We are located at 2730 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Duluth, GA 30097.
When can I pick up my order at your corporate office?
Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. We advise all customers to call ahead to ensure that your order will be ready for pick up by the time you arrive.
What is your policy on returns and/or exchanges?
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with an item of equal or greater quality at no cost to you. Refunds for apparel will be granted only if the item is in new, unworn condition. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us via phone or email.
May I return my V.I.P. Membership for a refund?
No. All V.I.P. Membership sales are final.
